Freebirds was established in 2001 and immediately began publishing in Turkey and North Cyprus. The company publishes products in Turkish and English and has a boutique system approach that uses a youthful team to publish quality products.

We began publishing with Turistik Kibris Magazine circulated in Turkey and North Cyprus. North Cyprus Magazine was a monolingual English language magazine when it began in 2003 but became a bilingual English - Turkish magazine in 2007. In 2008 it began its new life as a joint-publishing venture with Home Magazine. Cyprus Observer weekly, an all English newspaper, started in 2005. Caretta, the in-flight magazine for CTA, came on board in 2006 and Infofarm Magazine, on behalf of the Istanbul Exporters’ Association, joined Freebirds in 2007. Moment Expo magazine, on behalf of the Middle Anatolian Exporters’ Association, followed in 2008 with Jetlife, the in-flight magazine for AtlasJet airlines, started to be published and marketed by Freebirds in 2009. Emlak Pazarı came on board as one of our magazines in the same year and we prepare and publish several other annual or monthly publications for a variety of corporations.

Over the years Freebirds started to cooperate with numerous respected companies and corporations as business partners: TÜRSAB (Association of Turkish Travel Agencies), CTA (Cyprus Turkish Airlines), AtlasJet, İİB (Istanbul Exporters’ Association), OAİB (Middle Anatolian Exporters’ Association) and TURYAP. We have produced perfect examples of the synergy we can create through cooperation.
